Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the exact condition as when you received it: unused, unaltered, and within its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required to complete your return.
Order Modifications
We understand that changes to your order may be necessary. To accommodate these adjustments, such as updates to product selection, modifications in quantity, corrections to shipping details, or complete order cancellations—please ensure to communicate these changes within 72 hours of placing your order. This timeframe ensures we can accommodate your needs before your order enters the shipping process. Please note that once the 72-hour window has elapsed, we are unable to implement any changes to your order.
Return Process
- To start a return, you can contact us at support@formdt1.com. Since each order is dispatched from a unique location, we ask that you await our guidance regarding the appropriate shipping address; otherwise, your return request will not be accepted.
*Note: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for orders outside of the United States as we cannot provide international return labels at this time. - Cancellations requested by the customer are subject to a 4% payment processing fee. Additional foreign exchange fees may apply for payments *not in US dollars.
- Please provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- If necessary, take a picture or record a short video (max 10MB) of the issue that you're experiencing with your FormD product and attach it to your email request.
- Please also ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Please notify us of any corrections as soon as possible.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package for orders shipped from United States. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If possible, take a picture or record a short video (max 10MB) of the issue that you're experiencing with your FormD product and attach it to your email request. Pictures and videos help a lot when our team is diagnosing and troubleshooting product issues.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any product that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as described above. Once the return is accepted, and place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Note: Refunded orders cannot be reversed, and if you cancel and change your mind later, you will need to place a new order.
