Notes about Ordering

You will be charged immediately upon completing the checkout process.

Only the product options shown at the time of order are available. Each shipping date has a limited, preset number of products available.

Items in the cart are not reserved, so they may go out of stock while checking out.

Shipment Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within the date after payment confirmation that’s shown on the SKU that you ordered. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Please note that this processing time may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

*Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • International Shipping: Shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders that display free shipping when you checkout.

Standard Packaging and Shipping Policy

All items are prepackaged for individual shipping by default, so we cannot combine shipping for multiple items unless stated otherwise.

Signature Requirement for Delivery

A signature may be required for delivery. Please be sure that someone is available to receive and sign the package. If not, please coordinate with the courier to pick it up at their office.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. A third party provides tracking numbers to us within a few days of shipping. We will update your order with the tracking number once we have it (usually by the end of your shipping week). You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.

Check your spam folder if you don't see a confirmation email. *Hotmail/MSN/Outlook users: please add formdt1.com to your safe senders' list, otherwise emails may not get through. 

Tracking may show "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" or something similar for some time. This is normal, as some shipping methods do not update tracking to indicate the item has been shipped. Tracking should resume updating once the package has reached the destination country and been processed through customs.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier-related issues. We appreciate your patience in such situations.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, VAT, and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Typically, the courier will notify you of any fees due. Please check with your local customs office for information on these fees.


Lost or Missing Packages

If you believe your package is lost or missing, please contact our customer support team at support@formdt1.com or visit our contact page.

A package is considered missing if it has not been delivered within 20 days from the shipping date. We will initiate a thorough investigation and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. In such cases, we will assist you in locating the package or initiating a replacement if necessary. 


Failed Deliveries and Returns 

If delivery fails and the package is returned to Asia, we may ask you to pay all or part of the shipping cost to have it reshipped. If, instead, after the package is returned, we may elect to refund the amount less all or part of the original shipping cost plus the 4% payment processing fee.

Damages

FormD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Address Accuracy 

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

*Note: We cannot change the address or redirect shipments once they have shipped.

Preferred Shipping Address

To ensure timely and secure delivery, we strongly recommend providing a physical address instead of a PO box. Some carriers do not deliver to PO boxes, and larger packages may be delayed or lost if sent to one.

Please note that if you choose to provide a PO box address, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered packages due to carrier limitations or delivery issues.

Policy Changes 

FormD reserves the right to modify or update this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
