We are committed to offering the best pricing and value for our products by optimizing manufacturing processes, though some trade-offs were necessary to achieve these goals:

Color Variations: Some color variation between the individual parts within a product is normal and expected. Additionally, slight color differences may exist between products of the same color. Examples of typical color variation can be viewed in this album.

Surface Standards: Minor surface blemishes are normal and expected, provided they do not affect the product's functionality. Surface standards differ for exterior and interior areas: 

• Exterior: Scratches, dents, or blemishes larger than 1 × 0.5 cm on exterior surfaces are covered under warranty.
• Interior: Scratches, dents, or blemishes larger than 2 × 1 cm on interior surfaces are covered under warranty.

Note: Normal wear and tear on surfaces from building and assembly is expected.

• Each batch release has a limited number of products, available only if the "Add to Cart" button is active. Grayed-out options are sold out and unavailable.
• Items in your cart are not reserved and may sell out during checkout.
• Payment is processed immediately upon checkout.
• A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is placed. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder. Hotmail/MSN/Outlook users should add support@formdt1.com to their safe senders list to ensure proper delivery.
• To request a change to your order—including SKU edits, quantity updates, address corrections, or cancellations—please contact us immediately.
• All change requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing your order. Changes are not guaranteed as your order may already be prepared for shipment.
• Canceled orders are subject to a non-refundable 4% payment processing fee. Additional foreign exchange fees may apply for non-USD payments.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Once a refund has been processed, it cannot be reversed. If you wish to reorder, a new purchase must be placed.

• Items are individually prepackaged for shipment by default. However, we typically consolidate multiple orders into a single shipment based on reasonable size and weight, at no extra cost to the customer.
• All shipping times provided are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Tracking numbers are issued by a third-party carrier within a few days of shipment. Orders are updated with tracking information once available, typically by the end of the scheduled shipping week.
• Tracking updates may display statuses such as "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" for an extended period. This is normal. Some carriers do not provide real-time tracking updates until the package has cleared customs in the destination country.
• Import duties, taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are assessed by the destination country and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority.
• Some tariffs may be charged to the shipping carrier and reflected in international shipping fees. Customers are responsible for any such additional charges associated with their shipments.
• A signature is required for delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the package at the shipping address. If unavailable, it is the recipient’s responsibility to coordinate pickup directly with the courier.
• We are unable to modify the shipping address or redirect shipments once an order has been dispatched.
• If delivery fails and the package is returned to one of our fulfillment facilities, customers are required to pay additional shipping costs to have the package reshipped. If reshipment is not requested, the order will be canceled automatically and a refund will be issued, less the original shipping cost and a 4% non-refundable payment processing fee.
